At the first meeting, members decided to collect small gift items that will fit in a shoe box to prepare Christmas boxes for Samaritan's Purse. The deadline to bring items is November 9, 2007. The boxes will be assembled at the next meeting on November 14, 2007. See Mrs. Ardis or Mrs. Tolbert if you have any questions. Suggestions for gift boxes: hard candy, gum, pens, pencils, note pads, small toys--male and female, small stuffed animals, small dolls, t shirts, socks, small bouncing balls, etc.
